Mulled Wine

Instructions
- Slice half of the orange into thin rounds for garnish.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the red wine, apple cider, and juice from the remaining half of the orange.
- Add the sliced orange wedges, cloves, and cinnamon sticks to the pot.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat and simmer on low for 20 to 30 minutes without boiling.
- Stir in ginger juice and adjust sweetness with more apple cider if desired.
- For a spicier flavor, add more whole spices and simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, strain, and serve in a pitcher or mugs with garnishes.
