Blistered Green Bean Rice Bowl

Instructions
- Boil water in a small pot, then add rice and butter.
- Once boiling, cover and reduce heat to medium-low, cooking the rice without uncovering it.
- In another pot, soft boil the eggs for 6 minutes, then cool them under cold water.
- In a skillet, heat oil, add green beans, and season with salt and pepper. Let them brown on one side for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat once the green beans are browned.
- After the rice is done, let it sit covered for 10 minutes, then fluff it.
- Serve the rice in bowls, topped with green beans, chili crisp, and halved soft-boiled eggs.
