Instructions
- Whisk together Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with the spice mixture.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon skin-side up until golden, about 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
- In the same pan, melt another tablespoon of butter. Add minced garlic, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and Italian seasoning. Sauté until garlic is fragrant and spinach is wilted.
- Pour in chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up browned bits. Add cream and parmesan, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return salmon to the skillet and heat through for 2-3 minutes. Serve with sauce over pasta, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
