Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut off the top of the garlic head to expose some cloves.
- Place the garlic on a sheet of aluminum foil and add the herbs around it.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of water around the garlic and seal the foil into a pouch.
- Roast in the oven for 1 hour.
- Let cool briefly, then carefully open the foil to avoid steam.
- Spread the roasted garlic on warm French bread and top with salt.
