Roasted Garlic Bread

finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley or dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Slice the loaf of bread horizontally into two slabs and place on a baking sheet.
- Remove the roasted garlic cloves and mash them in a bowl.
- Mix the mashed garlic with butter and salt until combined.
- Spread half the garlic mixture on one piece of bread and the remaining on the other piece.
- Bake for 5 to 12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with parsley or oregano, slice, and serve.
