Ingredients

The dressing

  • ¼ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper

The slaw

  • 14 oz Shredded coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup Green onions (sliced)
  • ½ cup Cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne in a small bowl to make the dressing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, green onions, and cilantro.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat.
  4. If time allows, refrigerate for an hour to enhance the flavors before serving.
