Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients: vinegar, olive oil, mayonnaise, lime juice, sugar, and celery salt.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, red onion, carrots, and jalapeños.
- 3. Toss the vegetable mixture with the dressing until well combined.
- 4. Refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- 5. Before serving, toss with fresh cilantro and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- 6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
