Ingredients

  • 3 cups Fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and/or blackberries)
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • cup Water (or coconut water)
  • cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (or more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, adjusting sweetener to taste.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and add popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze until completely set, at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. To remove popsicles easily, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
