Sugar Free Popsicles

Ingredients

The popsicle base

  • 3 cups Fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and/or blackberries)
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • cup Water (or coconut water)

The sweetener

  • cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (or more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, adjusting sweetener to taste.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and add sticks.
  3. Freeze until completely set, at least 6 hours.
  4. To remove popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
