Baked Chicken Parmesan Meatballs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then mix by hand.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs.
- Pour 1 cup of marinara sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the meatballs in the dish on top of the sauce, then pour the remaining 1 cup of marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and the remaining parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 165°F.
