Ingredients

The meatballs

  • 2 pounds ground chicken (96% lean)
  • 1 unit egg

For baking

  • 1 unit cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil, spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, mixing thoroughly.
