Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, eggs, milk, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- With wet hands, roll the mixture into small meatballs, about one tablespoon each, and place them on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake the meatballs for 15-17 minutes or until fully cooked, ensuring they reach an internal temperature of 165F.
