Easy Lean Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Lean Ground Chicken
  • ½ cup Seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cup Pecorino Romano Cheese, Grated
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp. Dried Minced Onion

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground chicken with all the other ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
  2. If using an oven, preheat it to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle the parchment with olive oil and roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
  4. Place the meatballs on the cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. For air frying, spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and lay the meatballs in a single layer.
  6. Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, checking the internal temperature before serving.
