Instructions
- Mix the ground chicken with all the other ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
- If using an oven, preheat it to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the parchment with olive oil and roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
- Place the meatballs on the cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
- For air frying, spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and lay the meatballs in a single layer.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, checking the internal temperature before serving.
