Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, using coconut oil to hold it in place.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and top with extra chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
- Bake for 75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
