Banana Pecan Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas, then mix in both sugars and melted coconut oil until smooth.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, and mix until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the batter into the lined pan and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the banana bread to cool completely before slicing.
