Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉/177℃ and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Add the butter to the dry mixture and beat until fully incorporated.
- In a small bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix until fully incorporated, then stir in half of the chopped nuts.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and spread evenly, then sprinkle the remaining nuts on top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool the bread before removing it from the pan to serve.
