Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a bread pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the batter ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
- Cut the bread into small pieces and soak in the batter for 15 minutes.
- Mix in the berries and place the soaked bread into the lined pan, adding some berries on top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the top is golden and firm to the touch.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
- While cooling, prepare the glaze by combining its ingredients in a saucepan and whisking until smooth.
- Pour the glaze over the warm bread before serving.
