Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter and both sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in vanilla and peanut butter.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until combined.
- Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and marshmallows with a wooden spoon.
- Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 3 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
