Instructions
- Grab a banana.
- Optionally, grab a popsicle stick.
- Insert the stick into the banana if using.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 45-60 seconds, stirring until smooth.
- Roll the banana in the melted chocolate-coconut mixture.
- Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
- Place the banana in the freezer for 2-4 hours.
- Wait for the banana to freeze.
- Remove from the freezer and eat, discarding the stick if it doesn't hold up.
