Homemade Sloppy Joe Hot Pockets

Instructions
- Prepare the sloppy Joe filling if not using pre-made, and let it cool.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave until smooth.
- Mix in the beaten egg, almond flour, whey protein powder, and baking soda until combined.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a rectangle.
- Cut the dough into 6 rectangles and place filling on one side of each.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are browned.
