Ingredients

Sloppy Joe Filling

  • 2 cups Sloppy Joe Filling

Hot Pocket Dough

  • 1 ½ cups pre-shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 ⅓ cups almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons whey protein powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sloppy Joe filling if not using pre-made, and let it cool.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave until smooth.
  4. Mix in the beaten egg, almond flour, whey protein powder, and baking soda until combined.
  5. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a rectangle.
  6. Cut the dough into 6 rectangles and place filling on one side of each.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are browned.
