Low Carb Ham and Cheese Hot Pocket

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and place the rack in the middle.
- In a microwaveable bowl, combine the grated cheese and cream cheese, then microwave until melted and smooth.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl and mix in the melted cheese, followed by the almond flour, protein powder, and baking soda until combined.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to form a rectangle.
- Cut the dough into 8 smaller rectangles.
- Place a slice of cheese and a piece of ham on each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
