Instructions
- If you don't have pre-made sloppy Joe filling, prepare your favorite recipe and let it cool.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare the almond flour.
- In a medium microwaveable bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese, then microwave until melted.
- Stir in the beaten egg, followed by almond flour, protein powder, and baking soda until well combined.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to form a large rectangle.
- Cut the dough into rectangles and place the sloppy Joe filling on one half of each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are browned.
