Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by blending all dressing ingredients until emulsified.
- Drain and cut the mozzarella into chunks, then add to a bowl.
- Drain the olives and artichoke hearts, and add them to the bowl with the mozzarella.
- Add the grape tomatoes to the bowl.
- Pour about ¾ of the dressing over the salad mixture and add the seasoning.
- Stir the salad, cover, and refrigerate to marinate.
- Adjust seasoning before serving.
