Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by blending all dressing ingredients until emulsified.
- Drain and cut the mozzarella into chunks similar in size to the grape tomatoes.
- Drain the black olives and marinated artichoke hearts, then add them to a medium bowl.
- Add the grape tomatoes and mozzarella to the bowl.
- Pour about ¾ of the dressing over the salad and add the seasoning blend.
- Stir the mixture and refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.
- Adjust seasoning before serving.
