Instructions
- Combine the heavy cream, Sukrin Fiber Syrup Gold, and butter in a small pot.
- Whisk the mixture over medium heat until combined and bring to a boil.
- Adjust the heat to prevent boiling over while keeping it simmering.
- Cook the mixture for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the low carb powdered sugar until dissolved.
- If using, add the vanilla and brandy, mixing thoroughly.
- Let the sauce cool before storing in an airtight container.
