Ingredients

The sauce

  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Sukrin Fiber Syrup Gold
  • 2 ounces salted butter
  • teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup low carb powdered sugar

Optional ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Brandy or Spice Rum

Instructions

  1. Combine the heavy cream, Sukrin Fiber Syrup Gold, and butter in a small pot.
  2. Whisk the mixture over medium heat until combined and bring to a boil.
  3. Adjust the heat to prevent boiling over while keeping it simmering.
  4. Cook the mixture for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and whisk in the low carb powdered sugar until dissolved.
  6. If using, add the vanilla and brandy, mixing thoroughly.
  7. Let the sauce cool before storing in an airtight container.
