  • ¼ cup low carb powdered sugar

Optional Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Brandy or Spice Rum

Instructions

  1. Combine heavy cream, Sukrin Fiber Syrup Gold, and butter in a saucepan and whisk over medium heat until mixed.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, adjusting the heat to prevent it from boiling over.
  3. Allow the mixture to simmer for 20 minutes, watching it carefully.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in the low carb powdered sugar until dissolved.
  5. If using, add vanilla and brandy, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Let the sauce cool before using and store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
