Instructions
- Combine heavy cream, Sukrin Fiber Syrup Gold, and butter in a saucepan and whisk over medium heat until mixed.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, adjusting the heat to prevent it from boiling over.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for 20 minutes, watching it carefully.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the low carb powdered sugar until dissolved.
- If using, add vanilla and brandy, mixing thoroughly.
- Let the sauce cool before using and store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
