Instructions
- Prepare the Low Carb Shortbread Crust and bake it at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Let the crust cool.
- In a medium bowl, mix the sweetener, cornstarch, and salt with a hand mixer.
- Add the eggs and yolks, mixing thoroughly.
- Incorporate the lemon juice and mix until the powdered sweetener is dissolved.
- Pour the lemon mixture onto the cooled crust and bake for approximately 30 minutes until just cooked through.
