Instructions
- 1. Mix the butter, powdered sugar, corn starch, flour, lemon zest, and water in a large bowl to form a dough.
- 2. Press the dough into a greased 8x8 inch pan and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- 3. While the crust bakes, mix the eggs, honey, lemon juice, and flour for the filling.
- 4. Once the crust has cooled for 15 minutes, pour the filling over it and bake for another 20 minutes.
- 5. Allow the bars to cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1.5 to 2 hours before cutting into squares.
- 6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
