Chai Poached Pears with Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Instructions
- Steep the chai tea bags in boiling water for 8–10 minutes and then remove them.
- Stir in the honey and add the pears, covering them with water.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook the pears for 20–25 minutes until tender.
- Remove the pears and boil the poaching liquid until it thickens into a syrup, about 20–30 minutes.
- For the whipped cream, beat the heavy cream with sugar and cinnamon until soft peaks form.
- Serve the pears with warm poaching syrup and a spoonful of cinnamon whipped cream.
