Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spread 2 cups of almonds on a baking sheet and toast for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Allow the toasted almonds to cool.
- Transfer the cooled almonds to a food processor and add the remaining 2 cups of raw almonds, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla beans.
- Process the mixture for 10-15 minutes until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides as needed.
- Transfer the almond butter to clean, airtight glass jars and store in a cool, dry place.
