Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 2. Clean and dry the broccoli, then cut the florets into small bite-sized pieces.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets with avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat evenly.
- 4. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray and spread the broccoli evenly on the sheet without overcrowding.
- 5. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, then flip the broccoli and roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until tender and crispy.
