The broccoli

The seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. 2. Clean and dry the broccoli, then cut the florets into small bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets with avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray and spread the broccoli evenly on the sheet without overcrowding.
  5. 5. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, then flip the broccoli and roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until tender and crispy.
