Healthy Oat Crepes

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom.
- Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly browned, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate.
