Ingredients

  • cups rolled oats
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and let the batter sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Grease a non-stick skillet and heat over medium heat.
  3. Pour scant ¼ cup portions of batter into the skillet, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping and cooking for another 2 minutes.
  4. Transfer pancakes to a plate and repeat until all batter is used.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
