The cauliflower

The seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem.
  3. Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 60 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
