Baked Italian Herb Tofu

The marinade

The tofu

15-ounce package
extra-firm tofu

Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a small baking dish.
- Add the tofu slices to the baking dish and marinate for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Transfer the marinated tofu slices to a lined baking sheet.
- Rub any remaining marinade onto the tofu and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 30 minutes for softer tofu or 40 minutes for chewier tofu, flipping halfway through.
