Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Make the Oreo crust by pulsing the cookies into crumbs, mixing with melted butter, and pressing into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Prepare the brownie filling by melting the butter, mixing with oil and sugar, then adding eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt, then fold in pecans and chocolate chips.
- Spread the brownie batter into the crust and bake for 30 minutes, then tent with foil and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
- While the pie bakes, make the caramel sauce by heating butter, brown sugar, heavy cream, salt, and corn syrup until combined and simmering.
- Remove the pie from the oven, prick holes in the surface, and drizzle warm caramel sauce over the pie.
- Let the pie cool for about 1 hour before adding toppings.
- Top with pecans, whipped cream, and melted chocolate before serving.
