Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo crust by crushing the cookies and mixing with melted butter, then press into a pie pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Make the salted caramel sauce by melting sugar in a saucepan, then adding butter and cream, stirring until smooth, and adding salt.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream in a stand mixer until stiff peaks form and refrigerate.
- In a separate bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth, then mix in salted caramel, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight to set.
- Once set, decorate with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel and chocolate, and top with chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate for an additional hour before serving.
