Instructions

  1. Heat the organic butter over low to medium heat until melted, being careful not to burn it.
  2. Once melted, place the pan in the freezer for about 4 minutes to solidify the foam on top.
  3. After chilling, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to separate the ghee from the foam.
