One Bowl Banana Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas and mix in the melted coconut oil.
- Stir in the brown sugar and coconut milk, then add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Add the all-purpose and whole wheat flours, baking soda, and salt, mixing just until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
