Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Hollow out the bagel halves, leaving the crust intact, and set them aside.
- Whisk together the eggs, almond milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the bagel halves on the baking sheet and add 2 tablespoons of ham and 1 tablespoon of onion to each half.
- Pour the egg mixture into the bagels, filling them halfway first to allow soaking, then fill them completely.
- Top with cheddar cheese or cream cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until set and puffed.
