Instructions
- Prepare the dough by mixing flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Heat milk and butter until melted, then stir in orange juice, zest, and egg.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a soft dough and knead for 1 minute.
- Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter on top.
- Mix cinnamon, sugar, and remaining orange zest, then sprinkle over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into 10-12 rolls, placing them in a greased pan.
- Cover and let the rolls rise for 60-90 minutes.
- Preheat the oven and bake the rolls until lightly browned.
- Prepare the icing by whisking confectioners’ sugar with orange juice.
- Drizzle the icing over warm rolls.
