Homemade Orange Sweet Rolls

Instructions
- Heat the milk until scalded and pour it into a mixing bowl.
- Add butter, sugar, and salt to the milk and mix until melted, then let cool.
- Add yeast and egg, then mix until combined.
- Gradually add flour until the dough is soft and slightly sticky, then knead for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly over it.
- Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Shape the rolls and place them on a lined baking sheet, then let rise until puffy, about 1 to 1½ hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 18-22 minutes until lightly golden.
- Prepare the frosting by mixing all frosting ingredients until creamy.
- Spread frosting over the warm rolls and serve.
