Cranberry Cream Cheese Glaze

Instructions
- Combine sugar and orange zest in a medium bowl to activate the oils.
- Add flour, yeast, and salt to the bowl.
- In a stand mixer, combine milk, eggs, and vanilla extract, then add the flour mixture and mix until combined.
- Slowly add butter and knead the dough until smooth.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
- To make the filling, cook cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt until bubbling, then strain to separate pulp and sauce.
- Mix butter and brown sugar until smooth for the filling.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the brown sugar and butter mixture, then add cranberry pulp.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls using dental floss.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
- For the glaze, mix butter and cream cheese, then add sugars, vanilla, salt, cream, and cranberry sauce until combined.
- Pour the glaze over the rolls when they come out of the oven.
