Beer Steamed Peel 'n Eat Shrimp

Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and shallot, cooking until soft and translucent.
- Season with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Add the beer and shrimp to the pan, cover, and cook until the shrimp become opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and squeeze juice of ½ lemon into the broth, then sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve with sliced sourdough bread for dipping.
