Creamy Skillet Chicken

The Sauce

parmesan cheese

baby spinach (loosely packed)

sun dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
Instructions
- 1. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Add the chicken and cook for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway through until cooked through.
- 4. Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
- 5. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- 6. Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes until it reduces.
- 7. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a boil.
- 8. Mix in parmesan cheese and baby spinach until combined.
- 9. Return the chicken to the skillet and let everything simmer for another 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 10. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
