Instructions
- 1. Heat a saucepan or skillet on medium heat and add the butter and olive oil.
- 2. Once melted, gradually add the flour while stirring continuously to avoid clumping, creating a roux.
- 3. Add in 1 cup of broth and the turkey drippings from the pan, stirring until the gravy begins to thicken.
- 4. If the gravy is too thick, add additional broth until the desired consistency is achieved.
- 5. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
