Kale Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe banana (previously peeled, sliced and frozen)
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries (or blueberries)
  • 1 heaping Tbsp hulled hemp seeds (organic if possible)
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh kale (any kind)
  • cup 100% pomegranate juice
  • ¾-1½ cups filtered water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more water as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust flavors if necessary, adding more banana or agave for sweetness.
  4. Serve immediately.
