Kale Green Smoothie

hulled hemp seeds (organic if possible)

frozen or fresh kale (any kind)

100% pomegranate juice

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding more water as needed.
- Taste and adjust flavors if necessary, adding more banana or agave for sweetness.
- Serve immediately.
