Instructions
- Whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth.
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet in batches, cooking until browned on both sides, about 1-2 minutes per side.
- Remove the browned chicken and repeat until all pieces are cooked.
- Return all chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce over it, stirring to combine.
- When the sauce begins to bubble, reduce the heat to low and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the chicken over white rice or cauliflower rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
