Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet and pan-fry the chicken until cooked through.
- 2. Allow the chicken to cool, then slice it into pieces.
- 3. Combine all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and heat until slightly thickened.
- 4. Discard the ginger slices from the sauce.
- 5. Drizzle the sauce over the sliced chicken and garnish with scallions.
- 6. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
