The fillings

roasted red peppers (13-15oz)

goat cheese

olive tapenade

Instructions
- Slice the bread lengthwise in halves and spread olive tapenade on both sides generously.
- Spread goat cheese liberally on top of the bread over the tapenade.
- Drain the roasted red peppers and cut them lengthwise into manageable pieces.
- Layer the peppers on the sandwich, then add fresh arugula, basil, and freshly ground pepper.
